What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking advisers who:

• Drive & Ambition:
  • Are highly motivated to grow their own business.
  • Understand that while leads may occasionally be provided, success in this role requires a proactive approach to generating your own leads and building long-term client relationships.
• Preparedness:
  • Hold a full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a strong credit history, no regulatory breaches, and are not restricted by any lenders.
  • Possess a full driving licence for in-person client meetings when necessary.
• Communication & Networking:
  • Have excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build rapport, establish trust, and secure ongoing client engagement.
  • Are comfortable using social media and other tools to promote their services effectively.
